Manufacture's Warranty from Carefree Pet  Doors Dogwalk Dog Doors

Thank you for choosing a Dogwalk Dog Door. All dog doors are inspected prior to leaving the manufacturing plant. We trust you will have many years of trouble free use of your Dogwalk door.

The Dogwalk dog door comes with a 3 Year Warranty against product malfunction due to manufacturing or parts defects, but not failure as a result of accidental damage, mishandling or abuse.

PLEASE NOTE: Any damage to the woven pile seal on the flap due to cats or dogs clawing or chewing at the pile is classified as pet damage and therefore outside of the warranty cover. Replacement pile seal may be purchased from Care Free Pet in the event of pet damage. Consequential losses are not covered under this warranty.
